General description Head of Retail Management

The Head of Retail Management will be responsible for the establishment and management of the retail team in the Netherlands.  The Head of retail management will maximize the product sellingpoints , leading the country plan and leading the end-to-end- on time delivery and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities – Head of Retail Management

  • Responsible for the establishment and management of the retail team, the formulation of mid-term and long-term goals for the Planning and assessment of work’s OKR.
  • Based on brand specifications and point of sale display requirements, we maximize the need to serve product selling points, leading the annual POSM plan project and ensure end-to-end on-time and quality delivery and implementation;
  • Based on the understanding of the product and the feedback survey of retail terminals/customer service, assist in the launch of products, leading the plan and production of retail training materials, and continuously iterate and optimize;
  • Establish and manage the front-line retail team, be responsible for the front-line implementation of retail actions, and maintain cooperative relationships with stores;
  • Set up and continuously optimize retail management-related data systems to provide necessary data support for marketing business decisions.

Qualifications – Head of Retail Management

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, , work or study experience in Netherlands/ Germany/ France;
  • Excellent oral and written English skills. English can be used as a working language. Being able to use German/French/Chinese as a working language is a pre
  • More than 5 years of experience in retail management, channel management or marketing in the European Experience in consumer electronics and home appliances is preferred.
  • Able to accept business trips in Europe, with strong stress resistance and fighting spirit;
  • Good at working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural team and achieving goals, with a sense of teamwork and results-oriented;
  • Have strong logical and data analysis skills;
